When you, as a user, attempt to log in to Workbook (or other parts of our systems) and receive the message "Login failed," you can try three things:
- Ensure that the information is entered correctly.
- Check that the login credentials you are using are from the most recent email containing login details from Quicksearch.
- Manually enter the password and username instead of copying/pasting it into the text fields. When text is copied, an extra space may be added, leading to an incorrect password.
