There is an opportunity to provide feedback to the manager and team based on how a group of employees have responded to a survey.
Feedback is provided in the form of reports containing suggestions for prioritized areas.
To the manager
The report shows strengths/stronger areas (the questions with the highest value) and improvements/areas for development (the questions with the lowest value), as well as suggestions for reflection questions.
To the team
The report shows strengths/stronger areas (the questions with the highest value) and improvements/areas for development (the questions with the lowest value), as well as suggestions for discussion questions.
The report also includes a feedback page containing proposed actions for the team to continue working on to promote a good work environment. The proposed actions vary depending on the value of each area.
Here's an example within the Motivation area.
