The Team area of inquiry can be sent out as either an individual pulse survey or as part of a larger employee survey.
Following up on how employees perceive how their manager/leader works with the department/team they belong to creates opportunities for improvements. Both for the individual team, the manager/leader, and for the organization as a whole, as they can support both teams and managers/leaders with targeted efforts and larger training sessions, conversations, or workshops.
