The Motivation area of inquiry can be sent out as either an individual pulse survey or as part of a larger employee survey.
We can create conditions for employees to feel more motivated. By regularly measuring and following up on how employees perceive their tasks, their contribution to the organization, and their own development, you can see if you are creating the necessary conditions.
