When working in the portal, you usually have a menu with filters on the right side. It allows you to filter which responses you see on the page you are working on.
The filter menu is not visible in my screen size
The most common reason for this is that the browser window you are using is too small or the screen resolution is too low. If this is the case, the page automatically adjusts and places the filter menu at the top of the menu next to your user details. This is to ensure that the most important content is clearly visible. You can change this by increasing the size of the browser window or increasing the screen resolution.
The page lacks a filter menu
Some pages do not have a filter menu. These can be pages that display results from multiple surveys where a common filter is not logical to use, or when it is information that does not originate from the survey questions. It can be charts showing data such as response rates or distribution flow. Response rates cannot be filtered because filters are based on survey responses. If there are no responses, there is nothing to filter on. This means that if you choose to filter on a data point (e.g., gender), only those who have responded to the question will be included in the selection, resulting in a response rate of 100%, which would be misleading.
Even purely informational pages lack a filter menu.
