Logging in to Quicksearch typically occurs via the address https://login.quicksearch.se where you can enter your username and password. Many organizations instead use Single Sign-On (SSO) for a more secure login and so that you as a user can have the same login credentials in Quicksearch as in your other systems.
If your organization uses SSO
Your organization has its own link that starts with https://login.quicksearch.se/EXAMPLE where EXAMPLE is usually your organization's name. If you follow that link, you should arrive at your organization's login and automatically access Quicksearch if you have been granted permission.
Services you have access to after logging in
If you are missing a service, you should contact your internal support or responsible person as they may need to grant you permission to use the service you are missing. Quicksearch support cannot provide access to your services for security reasons without it coming from your contact person or requester.
If you have trouble logging in with SSO
Issue: If you encounter a page with Quicksearch's logo and the text "Login failed" directly when you click on your organization's link. (E.g., https://login.quicksearch.se/example).
Solution: You probably have the wrong link to your organization's login. Verify with your system administrator.
Issue: If you fail to log in with your login credentials on a page that does not have Quicksearch's logo. The page may be blue and may have your organization's logo on it, but it is also common to see the Microsoft logo.
Solution: Your login is being blocked by your own organization. Make sure you are logging in with the credentials you usually use at work and that you have been granted access to Quicksearch by your administrator.
Issue: You log in and arrive at your organization's login page, but then end up on a webpage with Quicksearch's logo and the message "Login failed".
Solution: You probably do not have access to Quicksearch yet or the connection between your organization and Quicksearch is not working at the moment. Contact the person who granted you access to Quicksearch to ensure you have an account. If no one in your organization can log in, the connection between your systems and Quicksearch needs to be fixed. Contact IT and ask them to contact Quicksearch support.
Issue: You log in and arrive at a page in Quicksearch where you cannot proceed. There is only "Log out".
Solution: Your login is correct, but you have not been granted access to any functionality in Quicksearch. Check with the person who has given you access to the system.
