Quicksearch continuously works on the development of the Insight employee survey through method development and system support. As part of the project, we have system support where we want to ensure that the right people are in the project group, that all individuals know what is expected of them, and when and what each project member is expected to deliver.
- Project members at the client are invited to a Teams group. Access is provided through both the Teams application or via a web browser.
- We create a shared forum within the project. This allows all members to stay updated.
- We create a shared schedule with Gantt charts and activities linked to both dates and responsible individuals.
- All documentation related to the project, system, and method is available in the Teams group.
- Shared documents to be exchanged (working materials) are uploaded to the Teams group.
- Direct access to Quicksearch Help Center is available in the Teams group.
This creates a clear overview of what needs to be done, who is responsible for what and when, and what material is to be used in the work. Quicksearch provides system support for all parts of this collaborative effort.
