One of Quicksearch's great strengths is its integration capabilities. Common formats are consistently used, and for the areas where we most often integrate, we support multiple different methods and formats to reduce the risk of systems not being able to integrate.
There are tools for monitoring integrations both through warnings if something goes wrong and through overview diagrams showing the processing and dispatch of the data.
For those who want to delve deeper into all our integration possibilities, there is an integration manual; below is a more concise description.
Our strategy for integration interfaces is:
- Practical use where we start from the customer's use cases and common needs rather than reflecting our internal structures and entities. This makes them easy to use.
- Flexible formats to meet various needs and techniques both now and in the future.
- Backward compatible so that no customer's solution breaks because we changed something.
Send data to Quicksearch to send out surveys
Support is available for file transfer via SFTP and for web service API via REST/JSON, REST/XML, and SOAP. In addition to this, there are ready-made integrations for certain systems such as Kundo, Spectra, Bookatable, Techotel, Zendesk, and many more. We have a plugin for Zapier, which in itself opens up even more possibilities. For SFTP, common file formats we handle are Excel (XLS & XLSX), CSV, and tab-separated.
Receive results from surveys
There is support for continuously delivering raw data back to your data warehouse via API calls or SFTP transfer. Formats we deliver continuously are CSV or JSON.
Unsubscribed users
Sometimes a survey recipient unsubscribes from future mailings. We have support both for updating your systems via a webhook when this happens and for you to retrieve lists of these unsubscribed individuals via API.
Receive contact logs
There is support for continuously receiving information about who has been contacted or not, if email addresses or SMS phone numbers have failed to send. This is done by providing logs via SFTP.
Email and SMS dispatch
There is support for sending emails from your own servers or SMS dispatch through third-party providers via the standard protocols SMTP and SMPP, respectively.
Login via other user sources
Support for authentication via your own systems such as LDAP and Active Directory or support for Single Sign On (SSO) via SAML/2.0 or SwamId. Documents for setting up SSO for AD/Active Directory/Azure AD.
