pNPS is a metric based on the NPS model. It is used in internal surveys within an organization to monitor the pride in work and in delivering services to customers, users, or patients.
While eNPS is used to capture, among other things, employer branding, pNPS captures the pride in work and the personal perception of the value it adds.
How it is Presented
The metric has a scale from -100 to +100, and negative values are typically displayed in red while positive values are displayed in green. However, the color coding does not indicate whether the value is good or bad, but merely clarifies which part of the scale the value falls on.
