To successfully deliver surveys via email, it's important that the email doesn't get caught in the recipient's spam/junk filters. There are several techniques to minimize the risk of this, and Quicksearch actively works with all established techniques. We also allow you as a customer to customize the emails to a large extent, including both graphical design and content, as well as more technical settings such as the sending server and the sending email domain.
If you're using a custom domain for sending, it's advisable to allow Quicksearch to sign outgoing emails with a signature that can be verified by your organization. This is called DKIM.
This needs to be activated both in Quicksearch and configured in your DNS. Remember to configure it in your DNS before Quicksearch activates it on their end.
The following TXT recordset, where you replace example.com with your own domain, needs to be configured in your DNS:
1607513573.quicksearch._domainkey.example.com. IN TXT (v=DKIM1;p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQDUU2Ng87wkxnM12DUzzyqSORj6e/Xf/fGtWFFvQ27XZU2el+fxAsEGnFCFSU83ijfX1U9Jro5NIr0IfRABD/a0Ozp5drb5N1Q+WKyYr2vmzZk5T3DjpJzpI2wDEu5oGijzP2BtGBVII44tPADrfr6Zf6qOGjWaSCWJSZjlZMoCXQIDAQAB)
