Quicksearch puts in a lot of effort to ensure that emails are delivered to recipients, but when we make large mailings to an entire organization, services like spam filters within the organization may react to receiving a lot of emails from the same sender at once.
IP Addresses
Usually, the best way to handle this is to whitelist Quicksearch's IP addresses for email:
Quicksearch's IP address for email:
193.180.185.5
Sender Domain
It may also be appropriate to whitelist Quicksearch's sender domain. If nothing else is agreed upon in the project, the domain is mail.quicksearch.se, which means that all email addresses have the format ....@mail.quicksearch.se.
Greyfilter
If the organization has a greyfilter, this may mean that emails take a long time to be delivered if it's a large mailing. Greyfilter means that the sender is asked to try again in a while, e.g., within 30 minutes. In large mailings, this can lead to very large delays in deliveries.
Thread Limits
Some organizations limit how many emails can be received at once. If your organization has such limitations, please inform your account manager/project manager at Quicksearch, and we will be able to limit it so that only one email is sent to you at a time, but for natural reasons, this will also make mailings take much longer.
Sending Attempts
For each email that Quicksearch attempts to send, up to 10 attempts will be made to deliver the message. If the email cannot be delivered after 10 attempts, we will stop trying more times.
