Insight pulse integration has integrations with several HR systems and is designed to connect additional HR systems. With integration, you avoid manual handling and duplicate administration of employees.

In addition to this, most commercial HR systems and even custom-built ones can be connected. The most common method for integration is a daily transfer of the organization via SFTP in CSV format:
To avoid an increased administrative burden and to be clear in the selection, it is important that the transfer occurs without manual handling.
Common selection rules are:
- Only include employees in service, not those on leave or parental leave.
- Only include individuals with active employment, not those who are about to start or have left.
- Only include the primary placement of employees if the individual has multiple positions.
- Use pseudonymized data for individuals with protected identities.
- It varies whether organizations want to include hired staff or consultants.
