The tool for accessing the results of your survey (Publication) at an overall level in Dialog Manager is called Quick Results, and in this section, we will provide tips and explain concepts that can help you use the tool.
Some basic information
There are different ways to access results in Quicksearch's system, usually through one of the following options:
- Quick Results in Dialog Manager
- Workbook
- Analytics
In brief, these are three levels of result management, where Quick Results is the most comprehensive and user-friendly option.
Sorting and categorizing Quick Results
When you navigate to Quick Results, all your latest publications are automatically listed. You can also sort them by distribution type (email, SMS, web, code, Aggregated results).
In the left menu, your Categories are listed, following the same folder structure as you have built for your dialogues. This means that the publications you create will be placed in the same folder as the dialogue.
Authorization - who has access to Quick Results?
There are two ways to control who can access Quick Results. First, through Categories, where you simply determine which users have access to specific categories. This is done via Edit categories found in Dialogues.
Then, you determine which users have Authorization for the results. This is done in Quick Results for each publication.
