Dialog Manager is a system that efficiently enables you to:
- Create your own surveys
- Send out your survey
- Add, remove, and manage respondents (survey recipients)
- Review the survey results
The structure of Dialog Manager follows a logical pattern that guides you from "start to finish" in conducting a survey: Create the survey – Add respondents – Send out the survey – Review the survey results
Therefore, the system is divided into four main parts: Dialogs, Respondents, Publications, and Quick Result.
Dialogs
The survey tool in Quicksearch's system is called Dialogs, and this is where you create your surveys.
To create a dialog, click on Dialog Manager in the top menu, and you will be directed to Dialogs. In this view, you can create new dialogs or edit existing ones.

Respondents
This is where you add the individuals to whom you want to send the survey.

It is through Publications that you send out your survey.
